To add an image to your message, first you should get a host.
I recommend http://img238.imageshack.us/ , simple and easy.
You can also use http://photobucket.com/

Make sure the box "resize image" is clicked to 640x480 (for message boards) .. I do not want images that could stretch the forum, you will be notified.

After clicking on the box "resize". Upload your image from your computer. Parcourir = Browse, Ouvrir = Open.

After you hosted your images, copy and paste this link through the forum =)
(I ask you to take "Thumbnail for forums (1)" In this way, the image will have a good quality / size).
